Check out the last of our contenders all looking to secure a place in the final of our Wedding of the Year competition. The winners of this round will join in the grand final.

Any newlyweds can enter the competition: it doesn't matter whether the wedding was large or small; modest or spectacular. Remember, it's the readers who vote, and determine who ends up in the final - and ultimately who wins. Good luck!

Voting for this round closes on 27 January 2012.

Congratulations to our winners!

Emily says: "Preparing for the arrival of our baby who is due one week after our first anniversary."

How do you feel about making it to the final of the Wedding of the Year competition?

Meet the contenders

Bride: Priya Malhotra
Groom: Dhinesh Maduraiveeran
Date: 19th November, 2010
Venue: Radisson Edwardian, Heathrow

What is the best thing about being married?
Dhinesh says: "Being able to share all of our problems and build a life with someone you love."

How did you celebrate your first anniversary?
Dhinesh says: "The plan was to go to a lovely restaurant and the theatre. However, Priya fell ill and everything was abandoned while I tried to get her better. Looking back, we spent so much time together that whole weekend and it was very memorable."

How do you feel about making it to the final of the Wedding of the Year competition?
Dhinesh says: "We worked extremely hard on our wedding and we are glad the readers could see that. We felt our wedding was a great success and this was mainly due to the thought and effort we poured in. Along with that we had seasoned professionals, family and friends who helped produce one of the most joyous days in our lives."

Bride: Sarah Jones
Groom: Mike Ryder
Date: 30th April, 2011
Ceremony venue: Royal Festival Hall, South Bank
Reception venue: Dr Inks, Southwark

What is the best thing about being married?
Sarah says: "Being together for more than 11 years, we thought love and happiness would remain the same, but marriage has brought about a feeling of somebody always looking out for you and this has been a loving and most welcome surprise."

How will you be celebrating your first anniversary?
Sarah says: "At the moment we are focusing on the 12th anniversary of us being together and have booked a lunchtime cruise on the Thames. We will be passing the Royal Festival Hall, which will bring back happy memories of our wedding day."

How do you feel about making it to the final of the Wedding of the Year competition?
Sarah says: "We are very surprised and happy! It's become a part of the story of our wedding now, and we like how it has somehow made our celebrations keep on going. We are both big believers in 'carpé diem' and think that this wedding totally encompasses that, along with pure serendipitous luck of being able to have all our family and friends together and having such fantastic suppliers to work with. Not to mention the amazing Billy Bragg serenade! At the end of the day, we had so much fun and are thrilled that we got our perfect wedding!"

Bride: Lindsey Hobday
Groom: Andrew Bass
Date: 2nd July, 2011
Ceremony venue: The National Theatre, South Bank
Reception venue: Underglobe at The Globe, Bankside

What is the best thing about being married?
Lindsey says: "We're both so totally head over heels in love, even more so now we are married. It has given a new dimension to our relationship; there's something about knowing you are in it for the long haul that allows you to relax and enjoy the present all the more. Also, I think the wedding day itself is such a momentous event, it is incredibly bonding to have shared a day all about the two of you."

How will you be celebrating your first anniversary?
Lindsey says: "Some friends of ours have just moved to Indonesia, not far from where we went on our honeymoon, so we are considering heading back out there to continue our exploration of that area. It is such a beautiful and romantic part of the world and is very special to us."

How do you feel about making it to the final of the Wedding of the Year competition?
Lindsey says: "We're delighted others think our wedding is as special as we thought it was. London is very beautiful, historic, quirky and elegant, and I think our wedding tried to capture all those elements we love about it."
