UNIQUE INTERACTIVE ONLINE WEDDING PLANNER
The Bijou wedding planner enables couples to plan their wedding day in complete detail. Structured in easy to follow sections, it provides a simple yet secure system to input all wedding information so that all particulars from guest numbers, seating plans and timings through to accommodation and ultimately cost, can be accurately assessed and managed. As the planner is accessed online and via a secure log-in, it can be updated regularly without the need to contact a Bijou representative. Hence, couples-to-be benefit from the convenience of 24/7 access and feel more in control of their wedding plans. In the initial planning stage, cost is obviously an essential parameter and can be accurately assessed through the input of key information.
As users move through the planner they can specify all the timings of the wedding day that lasts for 24 hours with the exclusive use of a Bijou venue. Following this, guest names can be inputted along with dietary requirements and assigned to tables in list form or via the clever interactive 'drag and drop' table plan. This provides a fluid and easy method to ensure the ideal seating arrangement is achieved.
Food and drink are key elements for every successful wedding and the Bijou planner guides the user through choices for every stage of the day.
Whether selecting from the Silver, Gold or Platinum menu, guests will enjoy a 5 star culinary experience with Bijou.
When the drinks have been selected such as a glass of Jacques Cartier Brut NV for toasts or an El Muro Tempranillo Garnacha to accompany the Wedding Breakfast, visitors to the Bijou wedding planner can then finalise all the extra details that may be required. These may include an aisle carpet for the ceremony, glass candelabras or the design of a beautifully decorated table plan.
Once all the details are finalised, these can be compiled into an estimate and printed out so that adjustments can be made if required.
