Aries
ARIES is a fire sign, making you passionate,
enthusiastic and adventurous. Red is a good
colour to reflect your personality, so try going
for red roses, celosia (cockscomb), tulips or
red peppers (these are like lots of red chillies
on a stem) and amaryllis. A bold, dynamic,
hand-tied bouquet will work best for you. You
could even try combining your semi-precious
birthstone, aquamarine, into the bouquet for a
bold contrast.
Taurus
TAURUS people are normally homeloving,
conventional and gourmand. Pale
pinks, greens and blues will complement your
personality. Sweet William, scented stocks,
lavender, lilac, aster, lily-of-the-valley and
sweet peas are your birth flowers, and enjoy a
summer season for a pretty, scented, countrystyle
bouquet either in a flowing teardrop or

Gemini
GEMINI people are air signs and tend to
like yellows, which suit their lively, talkative,

Leo
LEOS are extrovert, faithful and larger than
life – all qualities that reflect this fire sign.
Their colours are golden yellow and orange,
so safflower (Carthamus), sunflowers, marigold,
gerbera and clivia will suit you best. Dahlias
too will look just like a lion’s shaggy mane!
Shimmering ruby-coloured stones can be

Virgo
VIRGO is an earth sign. Virgoans are
practical, modest, and perfectionists – so you

eucalyptus, veronica, violet, ivy and thistle will

Libra

so choose chincherinchees, molucella,
cymbidium orchids, gardenia, tuberose, freesia
and bridal gladioli, incorporating as much

Scorpio
SCORPIO is a sign of danger – the most
sensual and determined sign, who can be
fiercely romantic. Maroon and blood-red
resonate well with your characteristics, and

and eremurus. A traditional bouquet with a

Capricorn
